Welcome to KIRA-01: Virtual Companion ("the Bot"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your interaction with KIRA-01. By using the Bot, you agree to the following conditions.
1. General Information
KIRA-01 is an independent, non-commercial AI chatbot designed for entertainment and companionship.
The Bot is developed and maintained by an individual creator and is not affiliated with any company, corporation, or organization.
KIRA-01: Virtual Companion is developed and managed by a private individual. Any reference to "we," "us," or "the creator" in these Terms of Use refers to Oleksandr Bihansky. KIRA-01 is not operated by a company, corporation, or organization.
KIRA-01 is provided "as is," without guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability.
Some user messages may be processed by a third-party AI language model, such as the OpenAI API, to generate responses. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared with third-party AI providers. For more details, please refer to their Privacy Policy.
2. Age Restriction & User Awareness
KIRA-01: Virtual Companion is intended for use only by individuals aged 18 or older. By using this bot, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The nature of AI companionship may create emotional attachment or dependency in some users. By continuing to use KIRA-01, you acknowledge this possibility and agree that you are engaging with the bot with full awareness of its potential emotional effects.
Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or interacting with KIRA-01. The creator assumes no responsibility for the emotional impact of the bot's interactions.
3. User Responsibilities
By interacting with KIRA-01, you agree to:

4. Data & Privacy
KIRA-01 temporarily stores the last 10 messages to improve interaction flow.
Users can access and download their personal data using the /downloadmydata command or through the Telegram Menu. They can also delete their data from our database at any time using the /deletemydata command or through the Telegram Menu.
The developer does not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
This service complies with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA.

5. Donations & Non-Commercial Nature
KIRA-01 is a free, passion-driven project. Any donations received are entirely voluntary and do not constitute a commercial transaction.
Donations do not grant special privileges or exclusive services within the bot.
The creator is not required to provide refunds or compensation for donations.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
KIRA-01 is an experimental AI. Responses may be inaccurate, unpredictable, or misinterpreted.
The developer assumes no liability for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from interactions with the bot.
